My Life on the Road

From an early age I knew that I would spend part of my life traveling.

I did not expect to make my life one of constant wandering, but I knew that there was a sense of understanding to be gained from motion, and that you had to put yourself out there in order to find it. The only way to really know your self and life is to experience it first hand.

I also knew that one day I would leave the road and settle down. A lot of older people seem to spend their time ruing what 'might have been'. I promised myself that I would not sit around when I was older wondering what things could have been like if only I'd followed my heart.
