Notes on printing
The lesson handouts (notes, in-class exercises and homework) have been designed to print on standard 8½ x 11 paper (portrait) with ½ inch margins top, bottom, left and right. The only exception to this is the Math Jeopardy pages which are all printed in landscape mode. Page breaks have been inserted to insure that multi-page handouts don't break at some awkward point, like in the middle of a table. Set your printer up with these margins and you should get acceptable printing results.
