13 April 2003: "TJC Muzzles 2003"

The "Jefferson Muzzles" have been awarded for 2003; check 'em out.
Awarded by the Thomas Jefferson Center from the Protection of Free Expression, they're like "Golden Raspberries," only for people or bodies who have acted to limit the First Amendment of the US Constitution. It's an interesting read.
