Keep fit year round, regardless of weather! We have a professional fitness room with resistance and stair climbing machines, life cycle and free weights. We offer aerobics, fitness and weight training classes.

Yoga with Marcie Spahi

Marcie comes to yoga with a joy of movement and a background in dance. She has learned yoga from various people since childhood and continues to study with mentor teacher, Katarina Wen. She holds teaching certificates in both Samadhi and Ashtanga Yoga.

Her class will typically include:

  • Some flowing movement with music.
  • Some time staying in postures using whatever props it takes to be comfortable.
  • Core exercises for an upright posture.
  • Breath exercises which aid in the development of flexibility and deep relaxation.
  • Group continuity and camaraderie.

The goals of this class are to aid participants in feeling healthy, strong and connected.
