MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT OPTIONS

TOTAL FOR JOINING FEE IS $4400.00

• You can pay all of the $4400.00 joining fee at the time you join, and receive 4 months free dues.
• You can pay the first $2000.00 of the joining fee and then be billed $1200.00 in 2006 and then another $1200.00 in 2007. You will be billed the $1200.00 the month you joined the club.

  Example: If you join in May 2006 you will be billed $1200.00 in May of 07 and 08 (in addition to the monthly dues of $100.00).

• You can pay the first $2000.00 of the joining fee and then be billed $100.00 per month for the next 24 months (in addition to the monthly dues of $100.00).

NOTE: Payment options #2 & #3 are interest-free plans. If you make a payment late, there will be late fees assessed to your account. Also note that if you do not keep up with your scheduled payment plan, and you are behind and/or don't make your scheduled payments and in the meantime decide to sell your membership, you will forfeit your equity refund.
