Forms represent the Chosen's more profound understanding of the differences between the Aspects of the Patrons. Each Form relates to an Aspect. Dynamic is Ascending, Static is Zenith, Entropic is Descending, and Bastard is Hidden. The Form that relates to the Aspect of your Patron is the Form that you take bonus on when buying with Experience points.
Each Sphere is a Patron. Omni is Uchu, Earth in Jimen, Water is Mizu, Air is Sora, Fire is Hee, Spirit is Kokoro, and Oblivion is Akeru. Using one of these Spheres in magic is touching one of these Patrons for their power. Your rating in a Sphere reflects how closely bound, and how strongly connected, you are to that Patron. Typically, your Patron's Sphere is the highest, because that is the one that you receive a bonus on when buying up with Experience points (not to mention that is the Patron that made you Chosen).
What follows is a small table that gives a general idea (flavoring) of the arena of each combination of Form and Sphere. The Bastard Form is a lot harder nail down, as its nature is more of a "catch all". Any Spell that combines more than one Form/Sphere is automatically rolled as Bastard.
