First Mars Pics

Mars. The first two pictures were grabbed without any filter. The third picture was through a Meade filter No. 80A (blue) and the fourth was through a Meade filter No. 23A (red).

Taken with an old Connectix Color QuickCam (unmodified), mounted to a 8.8mm Meade Ultra Wide eyepiece. The telescope used was a Meade LX-90 (8" SCT, f/10). Pictures were created by stacking using AstroStack Original AVIs grabbed using the Connectix QuickMovie app.

Various captures of the moon. Taken with an old Connectix Color QuickCam (unmodified), mounted to a 26mm Meade Super Plössl eyepiece. The telescope used was a Meade LX-90 (8" SCT, f/10). Pictures were created by stacking using AstroStack (except for the second picture which was created using AstroVideo).
